The name ABuV is simply a play on words, and my main mission .

To rise Above the subpar and substandard nutrition bars that perpetually inundate the shelves of stores. 

Most bars today rely on clever marketing; often mass produced in a co-pack facility. 

These so called nutrition bars are glorified candy bars in disguise.

Over the years, I’ve  had this hankering to create a Decadent yet Ultra- Nutritious - HIGHER PROTEIN- Bar

A Chef by trade, I was up for this task. 

 I sat down with my notebook and began my early stage of recipe development in my tiny home kitchen.

These were to be unlike any other so-called Nutrition Bars.
